As a former Secretary of State and Chief Elections Official for Florida, I bring firsthand experience to the Committee on how to oversee and run a successful election. Florida leads the way in conducting efficient, secure, and accurate elections, and its policies are a model for other states. I will work to protect the integrity and security of our elections nationwide and to build voter confidence in our election process. Thank you, Chairman Steil and Speaker McCarthy for entrusting me with this important responsibility and I look forward to working with the Committee for the 118th Congress.”
